How to use animal pellet feed production line safely ?

      We generally use animal pellet feed production line, feed grinder-mixer etc,cleaned up and inspect them after being used for a period of time , find out problems timely ,then we can use them longer. as to the safe method to operate grain processing  unit , I share some experience with you , just for your reference.
      We all know that animal pellet feed production line maybe  make shaking noise or result in mechanical vibration after working for a long time, generally caused by  particles entering the machine parts or chunks of debris, therefore, we should  turn off the machine in time and clean the debris.If the noise and shaking are continuing, maybe the mechanical parts fall off in the crushing chamber, or mechanical parts loose inside.If you find this kind of circumstance ,turn off the machine immediately ,fasten the mechanical joint and lubricate the parts .

  If processing particles are too thick, having not reached the expected effect of processing, maybe the screen has been worn out afte a long time , or the improper installation, examine the sieves and related parts.
   If liquidity of grain processing unit turns bad, it may generate that material mixing uniformity is not enough, we need to check whether the transmission belt is too loose or not in the mixer and the arch plate position is correct or not.Long-term overload operation may cause motor to overheat, we could stop it for a while, if it still overheats,check whether the particle group operation arises short circuit, ask an electrician to check and adjust the load carrying condition of work circuit.
